Site Help

This secure online shop has been designed to be user-friendly and easy to find your way around.
If you have any queries about security issues click the Security button for details of how we protect your data.

Please note, gtndirect is a trade only site and prices are only shown once you have loged in, the product prices depend on what account you have.

Quick Reference

1) Click a Menu Button to see all of the products in that category.
2) Re-Click on the item you require in that group scroll down and click on the product.
3) Click item's Add To Basket button to add it to your shopping basket.
4) Click the Checkout button in the top right corner to go through our secure checkout procedure or continue shopping buton which returns you back to the list of products in that group.

The Menu System

The menu system is located to the left of the screen.
Click any menu button to see a list of all the items available for that category.

Getting Further Details on Products

To view further details on a products simply click its picture or its name.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Basket

Feel free to browse the shop and add items to your basket.
You can add/remove items while you shop or even empty your basket.
To buy the items in your shopping basket click by now or if you are in the product details click add to order.
You can still return to shopping and alter the items in your basket at any time until the final Place Order button is clicked after all your payment details have been entered.

Logging In

Click the Login button at the bottom of the screen to log in.
If you don't already have an account with us you will be prompted to create one.
If you have previously created an account then use your e-mail address and password to login.

Creating an Account

Click the Create Account button to create an account.
You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and password of your choice for use in future logins and you details will be sent to us.
After we have checked your details to confirm you are a trade customer you will receive an email to confirm you account to active.
Please note, if you are not a trade customer your account will be rejected.
On check out you will have to enter your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address details.
These details will be saved so that you don't need to enter them all over again for future orders.

The Checkout -Paying for your Goods

To buy the items in your shopping basket click on the Checkout.
You can still return to shopping and alter the items in your basket at any time until the final Place Order button is clicked after all your payment details have been entered.
Follow the checkout procedure to check/enter your delivery address and your payment details.
All details you enter here are encrypted for security.
On the final Confirmation page you can check that all your details are correct (and go back and change any that aren't).
When you're satisfied that everything is ok -click the Place Order button.
Your order will then be accepted and you will receive a confirmation email detailing your goods, your delivery address, and the amount payable.
Sit back and wait for your new stuff to arrive!
You wil receive a emails regarding your order that it has been placed and will be dispatch shortly ( normaly within 3 working days)
